Organizational / Community Classes

Community dynamics- (75-90 min)
How to work within a pre-existing community and create a
successful organization. Sometimes the current groups in the area just
don't cover everything. Sometimes there is too much of one thing and not
enough of another. How can an individual or small group integrate into the
current community and flourish? What does it take to interact, communicate
and cooperate with the existing leadership? Can it be done? Does it matter?
In this round-table class, we address these questions and more with current
and soon-to-be leaders, to share ideas, challenge each other and get some
opinions and answers.

How to create and promote events that will thrill and entice
attendees! A.I.S. Events are some of the fastest selling in the country. In this

valuable resource... your staff!
Maintaining and Sustaining- (75-90 min)
Keeping the fire burning in you and your organization Burnout
among community leaders is one of the fastest organizational killers out there.
In this class we cover what keeps us going despite adversity, and share our long
term development and exit strategies to prevent what has been built from being
left to wither and die. We also examine the reasons for burnout and talk about
some of the remedies we use to prevent the buildup of resentments, drama and
negativity - the principle causes of organizational and leadership stress.
